"Don't Stop the Music"
Song

"Don't Stop the Music" is a song by Barbadian R&B/pop singer Rihanna. It is the 3rd single from her third studio album, Good Girl Gone Bad, as confirmed by Rihanna on 106 & Park on July 20 2007. There is no official date for it to be added to radio although it has been added to the UK's Kiss 100. The song samples Michael Jackson's 1983 single "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'".

The music video for "Don't Stop the Music", directed by Taj & Rihanna, was premiered on BET's 106 & Park on July 20 2007.[2] It starts with Rihanna and some female friends exiting a taxi and entering a candy store. They then go to a bathroom, and later head to club where the rest of the video takes place. The video was filmed the day after the "Shut Up and Drive" video in Prague.
