Donato D. LaRossa (born 1941) is a medical doctor and Professor Emeritus of Surgery[1] at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

Career

LaRossa was born in New Jersey in 1941. He received his A.B. from Seton Hall University in 1963 and his M.D. from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1967. LaRossa began his career at Penn in 1976 when he was appointed assistant professor of surgery. Before Penn, LaRossa served in the U.S. Army and was also an instructor at the University of Colorado.
