Doran Park is a baseball venue in Bourne, Massachusetts, home to the Bourne Braves of the Cape Cod Baseball League and the Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical School,[1] (Upper Cape Tech). It was renamed Doran Park in memory of long-time baseball fan and Sagamore resident, George Doran, Sr. It is also the centerpiece of the entire Barry J. Motta Athletic Complex at Upper Cape Tech.

On Sunday, July 8, 2007, an event celebrating the dedication of Doran Park was held prior to the Bourne Braves baseball game. Almost a year later, on June 11, 2008, the Bourne Braves held a lighting celebration[2] to commemorate Doran Park’s new minor league caliber lights, a gift from the Doran family. Beginning with the 2008 season, the Bourne Braves Monday to Saturday home games started at 7 pm with Sunday games remaining a 2 pm start. Among the speakers at the lighting ceremony was former Braves’ and Red Sox ball player Lou Merloni.
