Dovydas Stankūnas (born 10 June 2000) is a Lithuanian rower. He competed at the 2024 Summer Olympics in the men’s coxless pair.

Early and personal life

His twin brother Domantas Stankūnas is also a rower.[2]

Career

He won silver at the 2021 World Rowing U23 Championships in the coxless pair, held in the Czech Republic, competing alongside his brother Domantas Stankūnas.[3] That year, they won gold at the 2021 European Rowing U23 Championships in Poland.[4]

They won silver at the 2022 World Rowing U23 Championships in Italy.[5] They retained their European title at the 2022 European Rowing U23 Championships in Belgium.[6]

In May 2024, they qualified for the Paris Olympics at the qualifying regatta in Lucerne.[7] They competed at the 2024 Summer Olympics in the Men's coxless pair, where they reached the semi finals. [8][9][10]
