Francisco Rivadeneira is an Ecuadorian government official and a former minister.

Education

He studied at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.[1]

Career

He was minister of foreign commerce from 2013 to 2015. During that time, he negotiated and signed a commercial agreement between the European Union and Ecuador.[2][3] He was then Ecuador's representative to the International Monetary Fund from 2015 to 2021.[4][5][2][6][7]
