Gayathri Vivekanandan is an Indian businesswoman[1] She is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Ideas2IT Technology Services Private Limited, a custom software development company based in Chennai, India.[2]
Career
[edit]In 2002, she started her career as a Project Lead in HCLTech. From 2011 to 2018, Gayathri worked as a Group Project Manager in Infosys. After serving as the Vice President of Ideas2IT for 3 years, she became the chief executive officer in February 2021. Gayathri primarily oversees its business strategy, client relationships, and expansion plans.[3]
Ideas2IT
[edit]The company was founded in 2009 as a CTO consulting firm in Silicon Valley, with six handpicked engineers as its core team. Today, Ideas2IT has a presence in multiple locations across India, USA, and Mexico. In April 2022, Gayathri, the chief executive officer of Ideas2IT gifted 100 brand new cars to employees.[4]
In January 2024, Ideas2IT announced transfer of 33% ownership to its employees, as part of a wealth sharing initiative.[5]
