William Joseph Deegan (November 16, 1874 – May 17, 1957) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball. He pitched in two games for the 1901 New York Giants.

Deegan, nicknamed "Dummy" for being a deaf-mute, was one of three pitchers on the Giants staff with that nickname.
