Elías Díaz Peña

Elias Diaz Peña is a Paraguayan environmentalist. He was awarded the Goldman Environmental Prize in 1992, jointly with Oscar Rivas, for their efforts to protect the ecosystems of the Paraná River and the Paraguay River.[1]
