Elachista cornutifera is a moth in the Elachistidae family. It was described by Sruoga in 1995.[1] It is found in the Russian Far East.
The wingspan is 7.2-7.5 mm. The ground colour of the forewing is dark brown, mottled by the lighter basal parts of the scales. There are small blackish brown spots near the fold and there are indistinct white costal and tornal spots. The hindwings are brown.[2]
