Elachista pallens is a moth of the Elachistidae family. It is found in Turkmenistan.

The length of the forewings is about 2.5 mm. The ground colour of the forewings is whitish to creamy white with some yellowish-brown scales.[1] Adults have been recorded from mid April to mid August. There are probably two generations per year.[2]
