Electoral Studies is a quarterly peer-reviewed academic journal covering research into elections. It was established in 1982 and is published by Elsevier. The editor-in-chief is Harold D. Clarke (University of Texas at Dallas), Geoffrey Evans (Nuffield College, Oxford), and Elinor Scarbrough (University of Essex). According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has a 2014 impact factor of 1.182.[1]
