Eleutherodactylus melacara is a species of frog in the Eleutherodactylidae family endemic to Sierra Maestra, Cuba. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
