Eliza Constantia Campbell (1796–1864) was a Welsh author. Her father was Richard Pryce of Gunley near Forden (a descendant of Capt. Richard Pryce of Montgomeryshire). She had two husbands, her first was Commander Robert Campbell, R.N. (d. 1832), her second, Capt. Hugh Morrieson, E.I.C. (d. 1859).

In 1833 she published a collection of her stories in a volume titled 'Stories from the History of Wales' (reissued in 1837, titled 'Tales about Wales'). [1]
