Ella Baff is the executive director of Jacob's Pillow, a dance performance space.[1][2][3] She was awarded a Chevalier Medal of the Order of Arts and Letters.[4] She is the sister of Regina Baff[2] Among her other duties, she is responsible for awarding the Annual Award for Creativity from Jacob's Pillow.
