Employers of Poland (known as "The Confederation of Polish Employers" from 1989 to 2010)[1] is the oldest and the largest organisation of employers in Poland.[2]

Employers of Poland represents both individual companies and regional or sectoral organisations. In 2008 and 2009, the Confederation began the execution of two large projects: the Legislation Monitoring Center and the Observatory of Regional Labour Markets.

In the years 2005.2009, the Employers of Poland strengthened its position as the largest and most representative organization of employers in Poland. Employers united in the organization employ over 2.5 million people. Over seven thousand enterprises from all sectors and industries belong to the organization either directly or indirectly.
