En spjutkastares visor, (English: Songs of the javelin thrower) is a music album recorded by the Swedish-Dutch folk singer-songwriter Cornelis Vreeswijk in 1980.

Recorded in Helsinki, Finland, the album contains older Finnish popular melodies from Tapio Rautavaara, Toivo Kärki, Konsta Jylhä and others.

Rautavara was also a successful javelin thrower and his gold medal in 1948 Olympic games is referred in the album title.
