The Enterprise Federation of Norway (Template:Lang-no, formerly Handels- og Servicenæringens Hovedorganisasjon (HSH)) is an employers' organisation in Norway with more than 19 000 member companies.

It was established on 1 January 1990 through a merger. The headquarters are at Solli plass in Frogner, Oslo.

The current chief executive is Vibeke Hammer Madsen. Chairman of the board is Jacob Schram.
