Eriprando Visconti di Modrone, Count of Vico Modrone (Milan, September 24, 1932 – Mortara, May 25, 1995) was an Italian film director. He was the nephew of the more famous Luchino Visconti.

He married Princess Francesca Patrizia Ruspoli.
