Ernest Daltroff (1867–1941) was a French perfumer and the founder of Parfums Caron in 1904.

Ernest Daltroff was born in France in 1867, the son of Russian Jewish immigrants.[1]

In 1901 or 1902, Daltroff and his brother Raoul bought Emilia, a small perfumery on rue Rossini in Paris.[2] In 1903, they moved it to 10 rue de la Paix and renamed "Caron", after the company's former owner.[1][2]

Daltroff created numerous perfumes.[2]

Daltroff died in 1947.[2]
