Ernst Moerman (1897–1944) was a Belgian writer and film director. Poetry translated by Samuel Beckett (Louis Armstrong, p 86, The Collected Works of Samuel Beckett, Grove Press, NY 2012, ISBN 978-0-8021-2308-4).

He directed only one film—Monsieur Fantômas in 1937—but this work is very important in the history of the Belgian cinema.
