Eugen Kipp (26 February 1885 in Stuttgart – 10 November 1931) was a German amateur football (soccer) player who competed in the 1912 Summer Olympics.

Eugen was a member of the German Olympic squad and played one match in the main tournament.

He played for Germany from 1908 to 1913, first as a Sportfreunde Stuttgart player, then with Stuttgarter Kickers.[1]
