Eusebio Ramos Morales (born December 15, 1952) is the current bishop for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Fajardo-Humacao, Puerto Rico. Ramos Morales was elevated to Bishop by Pope Benedict XVI on May 31, 2008.[1]
