Eva Andén (1886–1970) was a Swedish lawyer. She became the first woman member of the Swedish Bar Association in 1918.

She was born to the merchant Heribert Andén and Elin Forssman. After having graduated in law from University of Uppsala in 1912, she opened her own law firm in Stockholm in 1915. She had a successful career until her death and was particularly engaged in cases of divorce and allowance and other cases involving women and children.
