Evelyn "Eva" Webb, Mrs. Dodd (July 5, 1855 – January 28, 1934) was born in Kosciusko, Mississippi, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R.B. Webb. She was one of the three founders of the Delta Gamma sorority, along with Mary Comfort Leonard and Anna Boyd Ellington, in 1873 at the Lewis School in Oxford, Mississippi.[1]
