Fîntîniţa is a commune in Drochia district, Moldova. It is composed of two villages, Fîntîniţa (formerly Ghizdita) and Ghizdita, loc.st.c.f. (Ghizdita station). At the 2004 census, the commune had 1,405 inhabitants.
