Fabrizio Della Fiori (born 1 September 1951) is a retired basketball player from Italy, who won the silver medal with his national team at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow, losing the final against Yugoslavia.[1] Previously he won a bronze medal at the 1975 European Championships and finished fourth in 1977.
