Fajum [ˈfajum] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Brzeziny, within Kalisz County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south-east of Brzeziny, 30 km (19 mi) south-east of Kalisz, and 137 km (85 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań. It is named after Faiyum in Egypt.
