False Positive is an upcoming American horror film, directed by John Lee, from a screenplay by Lee and Ilana Glazer. It stars Glazer, Justin Theroux, Sophia Bush, Josh Hamilton, and Pierce Brosnan.
Premise
False Positive is said to be a contemporary take on Rosemary's Baby.[1]

Production
In February 2019, it was announced Ilana Glazer would star in the film, with John Lee producing from a screenplay by himself and Glazer. A24 would produce and distribute.[2] In March 2019, Pierce Brosnan, Zainab Jah, Gretchen Mol, Sophia Bush and Josh Hamilton joined the cast of the film.[3]
Filming
Principal photography began in April 2019.[4]
