A fen-meadow in Norfolk

A Fen-meadow is a habitat that occurs in numerous locations throughout northern and western Europe.[1] This habitat is found in generally damp lowland areas.

There are several distinct plant associations that may comprise a fen-meadow including the Juncus subnodulosus-Cirsium palustre association.[2]
