Fernando Larrazábal Bretón

Fernando Larrazábal Bretón (born August 11, 1962) is a Mexican politician born in Oaxaca who has served as mayor of San Nicolás and was a member of Nuevo León's Congress in 2009. He was municipal president of Monterrey between 2009 and 2012.[1]

Personal life and education

Larrazábal is married to Eleonora Cárdenas with whom he has three young daughters. He has a degree at civil engineering by ITESM Monterrey Campus and is a member of Partido Acción Nacional.
