Description
English: Protracted construction of "Vest Towers" housing complex is a project of "Zhilstroycomplect" LLC, Belarus, of businessman Illya Volakh. Progress of construction goes to zero in 2020. Construction looks like abandoned. Highing at construction site grass is vivid illustration of progress.
Русский: Долгострой "Вест Тауэрс" - проект ООО "Жилстройкомплект" бизнесмена Ильи Павловича Волоха. Прогресса на стройке не видно было весь 2020 год, стройка выглядит заброшенной. Возвышающаяся на стройплощадке трава - особенно яркое тому свидетельство.
