Фото карточки (открытки) сделано мной. Фото на карточке "Совэкспортфильм", № 519 Авторские права на карточку (издана) Вебпрогресс фильм ГДР (VEB Progress Film Vertrieb, Berlin) с пометкой на немецком "Переиздание запрещено". Но предполагается, что исключительные права -лицензия фирмы действовала на территории ГДР для немецких открыток. Предполагается основной правообладатель фото на лицевой стороне: Совэкспортфильм СССР (правопремник ОАО "Роскино").Предполагается оправданным воспроизведение лицевой стороны открытки (фото с потёртостями) не как рекламного фото, но как части исторического документа - дарственной открытки. При ином мнении редакции сообщества прошу удалить данное фото, сохранив только данную оборотную сторону.. |
