Русский: Поперечный срез побега древнего двудольного растения Casuarina equisetifolia subsp. equisetifolia (Казуарина хвощелистная). Это вечнозелёное дерево, произрастающее в Австралии и на островах западной Океании. От ветвей дерева отходят мягкие членистые побеги, напоминающие хвощи. Листья чешуевидные, в мутовках. Данный препарат особенно ценен тем, что наконец-то удалось сделать срез таким образом, чтобы одновременно показать ткани членистого побега и чешуевидных листьев. Диаметр среза 1 мм, толщина среза 20 мкм, авторский постоянный препарат, авторская методика полихромной окраски тканей. Эта микрофотография является результатом сшивки шести отдельно сфотографированных секторов среза. Каждый сектор – результат стекинга из 14-16 фотографий.

This evergreen plant grows in Australia and western Oceania Islands. Soft segmented shoots like an equisetum move away from the tree branches. The scaly leaves are arranged in whorls. This mount is valuable because the cross-section shows tissues of segmented shoots and scaly leaves together. Cross-section diameter: 1mm, cross-section thickness: 20 µm The authorial prepared mount, authorial technique of polychrome painted tissues
