Das Baudatum entspricht nicht neuesten Erkenntnissen, nach denen bereits im Jahr 30 n. Chr. eine Steinpfeilerbrücke errichtet wurde.

The plate is attached to the pier of the Theodor-Heuss-Brücke on the left bank of the Rhine, ca. 30 m from the past location of the ancient bridge. The construction date of the stone pier bridge has been antedated by recent research to 30 AD. |
