English: Name: Pakiin - the Yoni HaShalom statue Description: The Yoni HaShalom statue placed at the entrance to the settlement of Pakiin is the work of the sculptor Kharubi Fadol, who died in 2015. The sculptor Kharubi was formerly a shepherd, a bus driver in Eged, and exhibited in his studio in his home works עברית: שם: פקיעין -פסל יוני השלום תיאור: פסל יוני השלום מוצבת בכניסה לישוב פקיעין היא עבודתו של הפסל ח'רובי פאדול שנפטר ב- 2015. הפסל חרובי בעברו רועה צאן, נהג אוטובוס באגד, הציג בסטודיו שבביתו עבודות וכלי נגינה שיצר משברי סלעי האזור ומעץ. הערות: היישוב פקיעין (בערבית אלְ-בֻקַיְעַה ) ממוקם בגליל העליון, בגובה 650 מטר מעל פני הים. ביישוב חיים היום 6271 תושבים והם מ- 4 עדות: הדרוזים (הרוב), נוצרים, מוסלמים ויהודים. בכפר ישנם בית כנסת יהודי עתיק, מקום תפילה דרוזי, כנסייה יוונית אורתודוקסית וכנסייה רומית קתולית. יש עדויות במקום ליישוב שהתקיים בין השנים 3,500–4,500 לפני הספירה בערך. מיקום: פקיעין קובץ מקורי: יוני השלום-הפסל המנוח חרובי-פקיעין-2014.JPG |
