Norwich Cathedral, Monument to Dr Thomas Moore (1716-1779), Professor of Sacred Theology (Sacrae Theologiae Professor), a grandson of w:Henry Moore, 1st Earl of Drogheda (died 1675). He married Elizabeth Hare (1713-1787), the only daughter and sole heiress of Sir Thomas Hare, 4th Baronet (1686–1760) of Stow Bardolph, Norfolk. Arms: Azure, on a chief indented or three mullets pierced gules (Moore), with inescutcheon of pretence (for his heiress wife) Gules, two bars and a chief indented or (Hare). Crest: Out of a ducal coronet or a man's head proper filleted round the temples azure and or. Inscribed in Latin:
