Summary

Description
English: A 4-bit decade counter circuit described in the ABEL hardware description language. ABEL was introduced by Data I/O Corp in 1984 for designing programmable logic devices such as the MMI PAL. It became very popular and was extended for use with FPGAs. Xilinx acquired the software in the late 1990s and it was used until 2006.
