English: A view into Blaen Onneu Quarry. The place hasn't been worked since the 1980's and remains abandoned to wildlife, the occasional photographer and the odd scrambler bike. The geologist will find fine sections through the Abercriban Oolite near to the northern margin of the basin in which it was deposited 300 million years ago. |
