This image is the cover of a videotape, DVD, Blu-ray, etc. and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the video or the studio which produced the video in question. This image is subject to copyright. However, it is fair use in the A World Apart (1988 film) article and no other articles because:

1. It is a low resolution scan (copies would be of inferior quality due to the resolution)
2. It does not limit the original copyright holder's rights or ability to sell the image or the Video tape cover in any way
3. It is being used to illustrate the film in the article
4. Copies of this image could not be used to make illegal copies of the film
5. There are no free images to illustrate the film
