English: Abdera coin from Teos period with griffin on the obverse side, and epigraphic elements (designed and exported in photoshop 5.5 by me). Identifiable as the silver tetradrachm, struck by the magistrate Kallidamas (obverse inscription around the griffin), c. 450–430BC, at Abdera (inscription, reverse side).[1]
