DescriptionAmblers Mill, East Ardsley. - geograph.org.uk - 58392.jpg
English: Amblers Mill, East Ardsley. The former premises of Thomas Ambler & Sons in Bradford Road, part of Ardsley Mills. Ambler's were worsted spinners founded in Bradford in 1858. The Mill was built here because of the close proximity to a coal supply and a good labour force of women living in the area. This picture was taken from Westerton Rd and only shows the mill end on. Now some kind of imported dried flower retail outlet.
