Description

Quarry map for the Aniksosaurus darwini site in the Bajo Barreal Formation.

  • (A) Map of the site, showing the distribution of the bones as recovered. An asterisk (*) denotes the location of the holotype (right hindlimb).
  • (B) Rose diagram depicting the orientations of all bones recovered in the quarry.
  • (C) Rose diagram depicting the orientations of only the long bones: femora (white) and tibiae (gray).
The people in the photograph, RDM and M. Luna have given written informed consent, as outlined in the PLOS ONE consent form, to publication of their photograph.
