Summary[edit]
Description |
Ball-pen probe measurements in cylindrical magnetron in Prague. Different dimensions and material of BPP are used to measure the plasma potential for different plasma conditions (magnetic field B and working gas pressure p). The difference of BPP and common LP potential is normalized to the electron temperature obtained from the IV characteristic of swept LP. |
