Description
English: Bai jiu, or Chinese white hard alcohol that was made locally in Haikou, Hainan, China, and sold in a dedicated alcohol shop. The signs hanging on the stone bottles show alcohol percentag above (25度 to 60度: 25% to 60%), followed by the kind of alcool (here, all front jar have sorgho alocohol (高粱酒), most frequent baijiu in China, and price in yuan (2009) below.
Français : Baijiu, littéralement « alcool blanc » chinois, tels que servi localement à Haikou, Hainan, en Chine, dans des boutiques spécialisées. Les pancartes sur les jarres, affichent : sur la première ligne, le degré d'alcool (25度 à 60度 : 25 % à 60 %), suivit par le nom ou type d'alcool (ici, toutes les jarres du premier plan contiennent de l'alcool de Sorgho (高粱酒), l'alcool le plus courant en Chine, et enfin, le prix en yuan (prix de en 2009), en dessous.
