Bay St. Louis, Mississippi almost 2 years after Hurricane Katrina. If someone familiar with the town, I wouldn't have known that the piers sticking up from the water are all that remains of rows of buildings that used to be on the other side of the street. In distance is the new Highway 90 Bridge, still under construction but with one lane of traffic open in each direction, replacing the bridge destroyed in Katrina.
