Summary
| Description |
English: Office of the Bayshore_Discovery_Project which owns or sponsors the Schooner A.J. MEERWALD which has been on the NRHP since November 7, 1995. Official dock at 22 Miller Ave. on Maurice River, Commercial Township, Bivalve, near Port Norris, Cumberland County, New Jersey. This is essentially the same (or next dock over) as the NRHP site Bivalve Oyster Packing and docks, which is also an NRHP site. I'll make an effort to actually get the picture of the schooner next time it's back in its home dock. Oystermen nearby are a bit closed mouthed about the schooner and either don't like it or the tourists who come to see it. |
