English: Vicinity of Beersheba (British Mandate Palestine before 1948, Israel after 1948) with information from 1940 to 1960.
This is a joined section of sheet Beersheba and sheet Hebron of 1:100000 series maps produced by the Survey of Palestine. Most features are from 1941-2 with minor road corrections in 1946. Items overprinted in a purple color are due to the Survey of Israel in the 1956-60 time period.

The upper one third (from Hebron sheet) says "Compiled from Large & Small Scale Surveys; Partly Revised 1941-42. See Reliability Diagram [which indicates that this part was revised]; Roads revised by 13 C. Fd. Survey Coy. R. E., Oct. 42; Compiled, drawn & reproduced by Survey of Palestine; Reprinted with minor road revision S. of P. May 1946". It also says (in Hebrew): "Printed by the Survey of Israel, Oct 1956; Information partially updated Sep 1956".
The lower two thirds (from Beersheba sheet) says "Compiled from various sources. See Reliability Diagram [which does not indicate a 1941-42 revision]; Compiled, drawn & reproduced by Survey of Palestine; Reprinted with minor road revision S. of P. July 1946". It also says (in Hebrew): "Printed by the Survey of Israel, July 1960; Information and settlements updated, March 1958".

This work is an Ordnance Survey map over 50 years old, which is covered by Crown Copyright which in this case expires 50 years after publication. Ordnance Survey does however ask that they be credited and that the date of publication be given.
