The image is used in only a limited number of pages and in context where it is directly relevant. The screen shot is low resolution and thus below the threshold for commercial use, the image has also been displayed a significant number of times across multiple media and across multiple countries. Thus it's limited use will not infringe upon the copyright holders earnings or detract from the original image.
