English: Letter From Admiral Diego Colón to Fray Francisco Ximénex de Cisneros, Cardinal Archbishop of Toledo, Espaniola, dated June 18th, 1512
The son of Christopher Columbus (Colón in Spanish), Diego inherited his father's title of Admiral of the Ocean Sea. He ultimately held the additional titles of governor and viceroy of the Indies. This letter to Cardinal Ximénez de Cisneros deals with conditions among the Indians in the Caribbean.
