Am Sonnabendabend fand in sämtlichen Festsälen des Berliner Zoo das "Fest der deutschen Reise", das die grossen Verkehrsorganisationen veranstalteten und das für Reise und Erholung für alle Volksgenossen warb, statt. Trachtenabordnungen aus sämtlichen deutschen Gauen waren eingetroffen und boten ein farbenfrohes, buntes Bild.
Der bayrische Staatsminister Esser, der Vorsitzende des Bundes deutscher Verkehrsvereine und Bäder, inmitten einer Gruppe entzückender Wiesbadener Blumenmädchen.
